| 1 c butter | 1 t baking soda |
| 1-1/2 c sugar | 1/2 t salt |
| 2 eggs | 2-3/4 c flour |
| 2 t cream of tartar | |
| 1 T sugar | 1 t cinnamon |
| Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Sift in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Chill 2-4 hours. Roll into size of walnuts, then roll into cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Yield: 4 dozen | |
