| 2 c lukewarm water | 1/4 c oil |
| 1 package yeast | 3 c flour, approximately |
| 1 T salt | 1 T sugar |
| Place yeast in water and let bloom; add sugar and salt. Add oil. Add flour until kneadable. Place on floured surface/wax paper and continue kneading until a ball is formed, adding flour as needed. Place in slightly oiled pan/bowl. Let rise near warm area for a couple of hours. Punch down during rise if it's too big. Pinch off portions and place on greased pan. Let rise again on pan for 45 minutes. Bake at 350°F until done. | |
