| 2 cups Pioneer flour | 3/4 teaspoon salt |
| 2 teaspoons sugar | 2/3 cup shortening |
| 3-4 tablespoons cold water | |
| Sift flour, salt and sugar together. Cut in shortening with a knife or crumble in with fingertips. Add water gradually, stirring lightly to make a thick dough. Roll to 1/8-inch thickness on floured board. Place in oiled pie pans and press into shape. Bake at 400-degree F for about 10 minutes. Makes two 8-inch pie shells. | |
